Resumen de proyecto de investigación
Proyecto CIC: Descomposición,fertilidad y almacenamiento de carbono en los suelos a corto y largo plazo: consecuencias del uso de la tierra en la provisión de servicios ecosistémicos.
Mi principal interés es entender como los cambios en el clima y en el uso de la tierra afectan a los procesos ecosistémicos que ocurren en el suelo (como la descomposición, el almacenamiento de carbono, el reciclado de nutrientes), y mediante qué mecanismos esos efectos están mediados por cambios en la vegetación.
